Stayin' Alive

This is quite possibly the coolest medical news ever. Reuters just published the results of a study which suggests that the Bee Gees' hit song Stayin' Alive could help medical personnel perform CPR more effectively during a cardiopulmonary arrest. Doctors and medical students who performed chest compressions to the beat of the song were able to maintain an ideal rate of about 100 compressions per minute (the song has 103). Who knew the Bee Gees could save your life someday?! I know I'll definitely remember this at my next code!
