Fermented

We usually have a jar of something fermenting on the counter...but this week I may have gone too far. Kombucha, beet kvass, mint chutney, cranberry chutney, lemon preserves, gingered carrots, and pickled grape leaves are all currently in the works. Now to find space to store it all in the fridge!
